Pending order means that you have place an order successfuly, but the order haven't processed by our staffs, usually it will be changed to processing status within 2 days, and you will receive and invoice with shipping fee.

If it is still pending after two days, it means the order has't been processed, it might be the quantity is too small or there are some problems need to confirm before we process the order for you, in that case we will send you a ticket about the problem.
